Digital Products

All digital products sold through this website (including but not limited to downloadable guides, recordings, meditations, programs, and other digital materials) are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. All sales of digital products are therefore final.

If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

Sessions and Services

All 1:1 sessions and services (including but not limited to hypnosis sessions, consultations, coaching, intuitive sessions, and energy work) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Because session times are reserved in advance, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made with adequate notice will be accommodated whenever possible.
